Custom Taurus 608

A fairly budget friendly .357 revolver, it comes in several lengths; 4”, 6” and 8”. The grips are aftermarket wood, the 608 comes with a polymer grip from the factory. Scope is a Burris 2x20 Handgun Scope. Revolvers with scopes are actually quite capable of hunting deer and other large game so long as the caliber is up to it. One advantage of having a scoped revolver over a scoped rifle is weight. It’s much more comfortable to follow and stalk game with a revolver than a long heavy rifle.

Same Taurus Tracker alongside the Ruger Blackhawk, also chambered in .44 Magnum. My buddy and I used to have a Ruger vs Taurus kind of thing. His pride and joy Ruger is his Super Redhawk in .454 Casull. My pride and joy Taurus is my Raging Bull 500 with a 10” barrel in .500 S&W Magnum.

S&W 500 (An iconic if not infamous revolver due to it’s massive size and caliber. There are larger caliber revolvers out there but those are custom made not really production models. Very effective for hunting big game and long distance silhouette shooting.)
